A tough weekend for the First XI with a loss against Weybridge at home. The Second XI notched up another win beating Brook away. A win versus Wimbledon at home next weekend is a must to keep us up the table.

The move of the session time to 10am – 12pm on Sunday mornings has been received well by the parents. We are still actively seeking youngsters who would want to train and play on a Sunday under the supervision of our overseas professional.

Our First XI loss vs Weybridge sees us drop a place to 6th with Weybridge cementing their top position with 40 points. Reigate Priory still sit 2nd with 35 and Spencer move into 3rd place with 31 points. Wimbledon are 4th with 28 points so we could do with a win against them next weekend. Guidford are just ahaed of us in 5th place with 19 points. Normandy, Esher and Malden Wanderers are snapping at our heels with 15 points each and Banstead take up the tail end charlies spot with just 5 points.

The Second XI (playing in 2nd XI Division 2) have moved up one place to 5th out of 20 with 29 points. Old Whitgiftians take over the top spot with 41 points with Leatherhead moving up to 2nd with 41 points as well. Warlingham drop two places to 3rd with 35 points followed by Worcester Park 4th with 32 points. The Old Wimbledonians are now snapping at our heels in 6th place with 28 points.
