The date for the 2004 Summer Ball has now been finalized as the evening of Saturday 31st July and the club is delighted to invite all players, members, sponsors and friends of the Avorians to the event which is traditionally the highlight of the summer calendar. As with previous years the event will be held at Convent Lane and will commence with a champagne reception at 7.00pm, followed by dinner and dancing. This is a fantastic opportunity for members and friends of the club to come together, and provides a chance to say thank you to the club's ever-growing support base - something which is at the heart of the club's continuing success.
Tickets are available at £40.00 per person if purchased by cheque and any profits from the evening go towards helping the club.
There are two ways of purchasing tickets for this event.
- Either e mail David Umpleby via david.umpleby@kpmg.co.uk requesting tickets. He will then give you the address that cheques should be sent and forward the tickets to you by post.
- Or purchase tickets online by clicking on the 'Add to basket' icon below. This method uses Paypals secure servers. The tickets will be sent to the card billing address once the transaction has been completed.
(Please note that tickets purchased online will incur a £1.50 handling fee per ticket to cover the merchant charges, ie tickets will be priced online at £41.50 each)
