Notre Dame School is an independent Roman Catholic day school for approximately 700 girls aged from 2 to 18 years, and is part of The Company of Mary Our Lady which is the oldest recognised educational order devoted to the teaching of girls and a belief in the unique contribution they make to society.

The Avorians Cricket Club have been in discussions with our neighbours and the school have been invited to make use of the pitch and facilities; and will be putting together a girls team for 2004.
